Hearing over and over that I have to keep trying is the encouragement it turns out that I need. Rather than learning tasty dishes. I will cook the general tso's chicken from safeway which I failed at before. I will survive. Thank you so much.

Hi Delightful and Chef. This is awesome. What I am learning is that I need to get the general tso's chicken from safeway. I was on vacation with my love and I burned it in the skillet. Both of us thought I'd be able to handle it but once i burnt it by keeping the heat too high not paying attention to the level instructions because I was cooking on electric, I had a lil spiral meltdown. So yeah. I will conquer the general tso's chicken because like you suggested Jack it's something tht I want to eat and I think it will help.

Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge 1 cup butter 1 cup peanut butter 1 Lb. confectioners sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract Melt butter and peanut butter in a glass dish in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir well and then microwave on high another 2 minutes. It will foam up, but that's what its supposed to do. Remove from microwave. Add vanilla extract and confectioners sugar. Mix well and pour in an 8-inch lined pan. Cover and refrigerate until cool. Slice and eat the next day. Note: Be sure to use a creamy brand of peanut butter, such as Jiff. If you use a more solid type it may cause your fudge to resemble crumbs rather than a creamy confection.

I would probably add a few chocolate chips,, peanut butter, or both to those treats! Yummy! But yes, they're super easy. I'd say they could even be made in the microwave, though I've never tried it.
