Yeah, that’s precisely why I go early in the morning because I know for me it has to be a quiet place when I’m swimming because that way I can concentrate on where I am cause. I also have a slight hearing impairment so that way I can cost you where I am and not feel overloaded or Or. Crazily overwhelmed. So I go early in the morning because it’s really quiet and almost no one is in the pool, but me and maybe one other person.

I really struggle with mornings, but I'll look into that. Thanks for sharing a bit of your peace with us. I'm also on the spectrum too but as yet undiagnosed, have a lot of the signs. I really dislike noisy crowded areas etc so a big empty pool sounds great!

Yeah. It doesn’t happen often but when it does oh it’s awesome. I like to go early in the morning when it’s quiet because I get overloaded because I have autism so I like to go early when it’s quiet.

I only went swimming the other day but this makes me want to get right back in there. Especially as quiet as it sounds to me. You're very lucky! A pool to myself is a dream lol.
