Hey Marie: yeah I'm totally blind also, I bought a unit for my house it just vibrates. It has the receivers and everything. The box takes two AA's. I haven't actually done the EMDR part with the therapist yet because today is my first official session. But I've been reading Francine Shapiro's book about EMDR and Janine Fisher about healing the fragmented itself so I'm super excited
