And, as a blind individual with no speech disabilities, I’m sometimes using T2S app’s type speak mode as an AAC, augmentative and alternative communication, tool for me with the Braille Keyboard of Talkback.

There’s no live speech on android as default, but there’s an APP called T2S, which is not on play store anymore, and it has a mode called Type Speak, and It’s doing almost the same thing with live speech.
