I'm similar, but mine is almost self-inflicted. If I just "do" instead of "think then do", I usually do better. But I'm constantly overanalysing, over-scanning, and then burning out because that's not sustainable. Or I'll overthink, say something wrong because I'm anxious, then just keep the negative momentum going as I then spiral. So my work is learning more to just relax into things, but just relaxing more into it becomes itself overwhelming.
