how do you sleep clothes or no clothes?

Henny, because you do sleep so warm, there’s two things that you might like checking out. The first would be bamboo sheets because they are much cooler than regular sheets. The second would be something called the pod, which is like this cooling system that you put over your mattress almost like a mattress pad . Apparently it brings the temperature of your bed down to 55 to 60°.

I sleep with clothes on.  although a lot of people sleep naked, which is fine. It's personal preference obviously.

Most of the time, I sleep in briefs, but once in a great while, I'll sleep totally naked. Question: What about when you sleep naked and have a really hot wet dream?
