Since there are a few people commenting here already, you can try refreshing your comment section every time you are notified that someone is commenting. I have that bug as well.

It acts like the comments aren't even there. There's an audio comment on one of my threads that I've been trying to access since last night, and it's just not there. No matter how I click on it.

That's a very odd bug, we haven't come across this yet, but we use windows in studio, and android for mobile, the only time it won't open it, is iff there is a reaction, but on comments it opens it.
