For example, power point in MS office is called google slides. They both are presentation applications and due the same things just slightly different.

Google Docks is Googles version of Microsoft Office essentially.

I use Jaws and Google Docs pretty frequently. I've been a long time jaws user, but I just started with Google Docs a few months ago. There are some settings you can change to make it work better, but I really have come to like using it a lot. Some of the ones I use are turning on screen reader support, turning on braille support, (even if you don't have a braille display it's still good to turn this on), and there's also an option for turning on magnification. I don't use that last one but it's there if you need it. Hope this helps.
