  Hey! The reason VoiceOver sounds unclear in Just Press Record might be that the app uses the phone call microphone instead of the main bottom microphone. Apps like Ramblio (and also the built-in Voice Memos app) usually use the regular main mic, so VoiceOver comes through much clearer there. I find it really annoying too. My English isn’t really good, but is this what you meant?
