Yeah that was meant to save my life, and thank you for the well wishes. I think the point I was making in that post more or less, was that we have to be very willing to advocate but we also have to respect those that we ask respect from that's the biggest key that I was sort of the biggest takeaway really out of that short post that I made. You probably won't see much of me if I am up here, but I will try to make appearances on occasion
