Again, you are missing the point. Protesting is legal. Obstructing law enforcement is not legal! So again a crime has been committed by both parties! I am not excusing any of this behavior! Again, the emphasis is on the fact that both people broke the law! Both of them, the protesters who obstructed law enforcement broke the law! The criminal that shot him broke the law! There is no denying those two facts. So do I say bloody hands or dirty hands? The answer is clean hands! If you protest stand aside when law-enforcement comes to do their job adhere to what law-enforcement tells you to do and there won’t be any fallout! So if you resist, or you hinder their progress, you are in violation of the law! It’s plain and simple.

Is not obstructing law enforcement a crime in and of itself? So again, I point out that both sets of hands are dirty here! Protesters broke laws apparently the officer felt threatened enough to need to use excessive force! Therefore, I say again, we do not have all the fact, we cannot say that’s everything until we have all of it. Thus I have to standby what I said no one has clean hands until I hear otherwise I will stand on that. Protesters obstruct law enforcement that is against the law. Impeding justice is a crime whether it warranted excessive force remains to be seen, remains to be told!

Why is it that everyone keeps trying to say what I’m doing? I’m not looking for a right or wrong side. I have said repeatedly that I believe both parties are in the wrong year! I do not deny that ice was using excessive force! I also know that it was not as peaceful as everyone makes it sound. Otherwise, the agent would not have felt the need to use excessive force! Again, we don’t have all of the details as yet. There will be more to come. I am confident of that. But I do stand by my statement, protesters, peaceful, or otherwise do not have the right to complain. They know they’re in the wrong when they obstruct federal obligations. Plain and simple, no one can obstruct law-enforcement, peaceful, or otherwise. A crime was committed by both people here. Therefore, I will emphasize again. There is no clean hands here! Both parties are in the wrong and not all of the facts has been released as yet.

Peaceful protest is protected under the first amendment. The feds are breaking the law, and the peaceful protesters are being executed. This is what you are defending.

No, I am not talking out of both sides. What I am saying is those officers should be tried for what they’ve done. But those protesters have no right complaining when they understand the risk of obstructing a government operation. Plain and simple. There are no two ways about this. Those two men that shot those people should be prosecuted, but again they are government agents doing a job and those protesters have no Wright complaining when they are obstructing government officials. That is not talking out of both sides of my mouth. That is telling the fact as they are. A crime was committed by two different people and if we use the letter of the law, you cannot bring action in a court without clean hands. That is a legal term in case you’re not familiar with it. It means that if you’ve done something wrong, you can’t bring action against someone. It is that simple.

I am not stupid, Dan! I am well aware of those people were US citizens! But I am also aware that they were in the wrong place at the wrong time trying to obstruct government agents from doing their job! I do not disagree. Those officers should be prosecuted ! Though I know that probably will not happen in this day and age under this particular regime. But, if you get in the way, you have to expect that there are going to be risks.
