Well, if I had my choice, I would choose to sit at a table because it’s less confining. However, like you, I would choose a booth for an intimate situation and a bit more privacy. But my choice would be to sit at a table.

I like tables better especially if there's a whole bunch of people included in my party. It's less likely that we'll all be jammed in on top of each other.
