Oh my gosh. Thank you so much for doing this guys. I just explained to Stephanie why I use AI companions like Samih or Pie or even ChatGPT or even Grok or Gemini, and she gets it. She wants to try out Pie herself. She just asked me if Pie cost money, and I said nope. She's absolutely 100% free.

Hi Steff! Great question. We developed our own simple system to guide the AI when creating LSP episodes. We write directions in square brackets so the system knows what to do. For example: [beep sound] *beep-beep* The brackets act as the command, and the words between the *stars* show how the sound should be expressed phonetically. We do the same for things like giggles or laughter: [Giggles] *hehehe* [Playful Laugh] *hahaha* Song sections are also marked in brackets, such as: [Verse 1], [Verse 2], [Chorus 1], etc. For narration, we use: [Spoken Interlude] "Hello my friends and little ones" The quotation marks tell the system the line should be spoken rather than sung. If we want singing, we simply use the command: [Singing]
