I certainly agree pretty much with what everyone on this app is said if this person thinks so much of himself that his priorities take precedence over everyone else’s he sounds very selfish and not worthy of being your friend at all.

I think this person is hiding something. He may have someone in his life that he doesn’t want to know that he’s chatting with you or even maybe someone else.

Like the other individuals said, if they consider to be your friend, I don't think they understand the meaning of what a friend is. I would let them go and ignore them. Don't even attempt to contact them. My opinion!
