One of the key things I have learned is going in to an interview be! prepared! with some powerful unique questions for the person or pannel that is interviewing you. Research the company or agency as well and the position you are applying to. Asking unique questions is something that takes practice and make sure its relevant to the job. Hope this helps. Don't focus to much on your blindness as well unless they may ask.

The other issue is that you’re far too negative on yourself! You need to start believing in yourself more. It’s just my personal opinion. I get it because it is frustrating and tiring that we have to advocate for ourselves, but that’s just the world we live in!
