  Blue is a spectrum, there is light blue, dark blue, their all blue. Blindness is the same

  I think that for the most part, we each use the word that we're confortable to describe our blindness, and other people should really do that for themselves and mind their own business.

  I also strongly believe that this is gonna be an incredibly subjective debate meaning that there’s no one true definition. I know that most of the people that support the national Federation of the Blind will say that they just want to be called Blind, so this definitely referring to the original poster is the NFB‘s viewpoint which again there’s nothing wrong with that.

  I think I would only call a person with no usable vision whatsoever Blind and individuals that can see a little bit visually impaired.
