Extra Terrestrial Ira
I'm not even religious but I hate this shit. I often accompany my loved ones to their churches, mosques, synagogues, etc. It costs literally nothing to be respectful. Put your phone on silent, wrap a scarf around your chest and put your boobs away, gentlemen take your hats off indoors, it's not hard. Take your AirPods out and your smart glasses off. Don't bring your own book to read, you don't have to read their religious books, but then I don't know. Just sit there quietly? It is free to be kind and courteous, in fact, it's one of the few things in this life that are actually free. If you can't be respectful, just don't go. Don't do everyone the disservice of disrespecting their services. To be clear, if you've got to keep your phone on for an emergency or you use your AirPods as hearing aids, I'm not talking about you. But yeah, this kind of behavior makes me angry to no end. From what I can understand, religious people consider their place of worship a second home to them. If you wouldn't walk into someone's house and be super disrespectful, don't walk into their church and be disrespectful. And if you would, go to Therapy. I'm sorry you've all got to deal with nonsense like this.

Yes yes yes. Phone etiquette is lacking everywhere. I guess people get so used to the noises from their phone that they don't pay it any mind and they assume that other people won't pay it any mind either. This is not true. It's very disruptive. And I think it's just shocking When someone says, OK, everyone, please mute your phones or put your phones in silent mode. A lot of people just assume, well, they're not talking to me. I know my phone is muted. But it may not be. You have to check. And check again. And check the third time. Annoying annoying annoying annoying annoying and more annoying
