Brad is a monster guitar player. You're sounding good there man. I would say work on your picking rhythm. Work on some of those up and down in between strums not just going straight on the beat. Sometimes when the vocal gets more complex you neglect your strumming as a result. I also do this :). Run it with a metronome and work on feeling the rhythm.
