And I said the melody comes to me naturally, but I always give glory to the Lord God in heaven for those things. Because it certainly did not just come from me.

Some inspiration will come to me either an idea I had about the environment. I’m in. I wonder who knows it could be something I read in a book that just all of a sudden hit me that I wanted to write about and then when I get inspired by these things, the melody for them always seems to come naturally., So first, it’s the idea, then the melody comes to me, and then I can fit I can write the words to fit the melody. I hope that makes some sense.

I'll usually start playing around doing chords find a couple like hum a little bit and then somehow magically a song falls out of my hands and head and mouth. I'm not sure how it happens but I'm glad it does.
