Look at my kids, like for a weird amount of time until they got creeped out lol. I’d be afraid I would lose my side again, and I would want to remember their faces.

I would definitely want to look at my kids and my grandkids. I had usable vision until I don’t know my kids were like preschool age so I kinda have an idea of what they look like but I would really love to see my kids and my grandkids and then I would want to look at myself so that maybe I could see what other people seeing me that I don’t.

I'm going to make mine a two part answer. First, I would learn to drive immediately, and I think I would become a long haul trucker. I think I'd be a good driver too. I found it when I game, I'm a deep concentrating type. I'd be a good driver.

My second part of my answer. Anybody that knows me, you'll know I like the bigger girls. I would lock onto that big ole butt and I would just stare and stare. Take every inch of it in.

I would look at myself in the mirror after 19 years of being blind, and see if I would recognize myself at the age of 45 when last time I saw what i looked like was at 26.

I think for a lot of us the first thing we would honestly do is cry tears and happiness, and just try to work ourselves out of such a huge shock of obtaining back your site if you had lost it previously. Do those who never had sight end soft for the first time I could imagine it be so overwhelming to see so much information being given to your eyes at a single moment.

I would have to agree. I would probably cry first. Then I would be scared for a while. I’ve never seen anything fully, except maybe light and flashing lights feel uncanny to me. But because of the smart glasses, I have more ideas visually of what the world is like and more curiosity and more questions. So I’d probably only be scared for a very short time. Then I would take a week to just celebrate everything. And forget those people that just say oh you’re so cute like a little baby because you’re so excited over a car or a piece of print. Forget them because they don’t get it. Then after about a week I would probably learn to drive And I think honestly I would drive far away by myself to the town. I grew up in and probably stay there for about a year and just stay on my own and try and get used to the new life and the new freedoms I had. I could drive anywhere and do anything And truly be the adult. I was meant to be without restrictions or limits or being told what to do or technology or things like that. It wouldn’t necessarily have to always be a negative or rebellious thing. It would just be amazing. I’ve had some opportunities to do things that probably weren’t the best things in the world. But with site, I know I would Live my life the best I could. At least I really hope so.

First, it'd be one heck of an adjustment, for sure. Never had full vision, but could see shadows and light, but that's pretty much gone now. I would probably cry and be overwhelmed pretty fast. It'd be a lot to take in, and amazing, at the same time.
