So. Let them admire you. I think I agree with the AI wizard when he said that a lot of of this is in our own heads. And if we wanna believe that side people admiring us is a negative thing or even a put down then that’s what we’ll believe. And there’s nothing that a excited person can do about that. That’s on you. However, even in this post I feel that rather than promoting unity between the two groups you are promoting division and alienation. If you really want people who are cited to have understanding, then we should think of reasons to relate to them instead of finding ways to keep ourselves separate. And then we wind up complaining how about how different we are treated. But in my observation, those who are lying, treat those people who are cited with ill manners and great skepticism. I don’t think that’s the way to win anyone over. And I said those who are blind not those who are lying. One of these days Evelyn is going to get themselves in trouble with these dictation thing

I would say it has a little bit less to do with their standards for what inspires them, I think it has more to do with them taking things for granted, or the privilege that they have that they don’t have the same challenges that we do. And so they’re not able to put themselves into our shoes. They lack that basic Empathy and sensitivity. This is not to say that there are not kind sighted people out there who mean well, and who are very empathetic, however, they do not, and will never  fully understand our culture.  They would not be able to imagine what it would be like to be in our world, and so this is how it comes off. this does not make it right, and it certainly is belittling and patronizing, but this is what happens when you are forced to look at something that is outside of your everyday normal. It could also be their attempts to continue to other, those in the blind community. For some reason, it seems like we are needed to stand out and be different instead of integrating, even though we’re told that we should integrate and be more like sighted culture.
