  So I am more of a medium and dark roast type of guy, but I’d be willing to try a light roast.

  Thanks for this, Fred. I really appreciate it. have you tried it with light roast coffees I use aeropress and V60. I would like a drip machine that can brew light roasts well.

  Hey bro, thanks for the demo! I wonder what the price difference is between the Bravelle and the Moca master? I have the Bravelle 1000 something. It cost 700 when I bought it. It’s got some buttons. Also got some touchscreen but it is usable enough.

  Of course. I was kind of concerned about the plastic, but once I read the website, I was pleasantly surprised at how much effort they put forth to make sure their plastic is as food safe as possible. But I completely understand about wanting to be plastic free. If you can achieve that in the kitchen setting and still have all the Modern amenities I would be very interested in hearing how you achieve that.

  This makes me think about how I need to replace my failing coffee pot from the 1980s. Thank you for mentioning the plastic. I'm in the process of making my kitchen plastic free and I really appreciate when people mention it.
