I'm pretty sure you can provide feedback in the app store. And if you don't even know the developers name and or have or show any respect for what he has done for this app then chances are you probably won't get what you want in need when you want it. Just saying. I can understand some of your frustrations but if you really listen to how you come across then I can tell you that it's probably gonna be a lot harder for you to get what you want when you want it.
