The app supports both tap and hold while recording, and tap to start then tap to stop. When you start the recording it focuses on the cancel button, so swipe right to press stop.

That's what I've done since I got on the app last year. Now, when I swipe right once and tap, I don't hear that sound that tells you it stopped recording, and when I turn speech back on and look around, I find that I'm still recording. This just started happening like a month ago.

I think, it is buggy like some of the apps are and some people encounter those issues and some people don’t.

I ran into a couple issues myself one of them being that I couldn’t change my screen name and the other was even though I had read messages it still marked them as unread so yeah it’s got itts own issues
