I have notes. It's OK to be a sad sausage right now. Being left can be a disappointing, deeply-wounding event. But do, not, stay, stuck, there. Be mindful of your drinking. Seriously, no one is worth all that self harm. Take it from a stranger in the states , who may have found and lost the love of her life, you need your own care now more than ever. She chose to abandon you, but you don't have to. No one, absolutely no one, deserves that. Pro tip: if you see it coming, leave first.
