Yup. I use that scroll bar everywhere. It's available if I can. Not just on this app. I have notifications shut off, so it's a quick way to get to the bottom of your comments list.

I do notice that refreshing the comments-section will fix the issue. This happens to me often: I get a Notification that I've got a comment, I scroll to the bottom and can't find it, so I just refresh the comment-section and that comment that I thought I received appear at the bottom.
