So, are you able to open the context menu on the Mantis? Control M should do it. So in there you can find all these commands. So, when you're on the file you want to copy, or on the folder, hit Control + Enter to mark the item, To mark everything in that folder, Control A. Then you can press Control C for copy. Then, go to your SD Card, and press Control V. You can hit Control D to get to your list of drives. Sorry if you've tried all that and it didn't work.
