You are a much better human being than I am… I was raised a few decades after you… I have never peeled anything… Lol. For potatoes… Skins and all… Except for sweet potatoes. You continue to rock on and provide these cooking tips… I am definitely a fan of the purchasing of any pink cooking utensil… Lol

I won’t have to hold my hand, so tight around the potato any longer, and I might be able to use this utensil in my left hand and hold the potato with the right. I have never been able to use a potato peeler, I’m not kidding a regular one. I was raised in the 60s, and 70s. I was taught to peel potatoes with a pairing knife. But now that I have arthritis in the left hand it makes it difficult. So I might be able to train my left hand to use this device. It’s still going to be easier, because I won’t have to grip the potatoes so hard.

How very cool, I always love to learn about alternative ways People are doing kitchen and home tasks so thank you for sharing. I am going to get this to check it out so I can recommend it to more people if I like it. How does it hold the potato for you seeing as you mentioned you have arthritis in your hand?
