That depends a lot on what you’ll be using them for. They may be fine for scene descriptions and such as long as you don’t mind feeding the Meta advertising machine. However, as far as I am aware integration with other apps such as Aira is still bordering on completely unusable, far too much jank.

Oh for sure! I think they are a game changer for us! It's not perfect, but a lot better than what we've had so far. Even those stupid glasses that I invested thousands of dollars in. These are 100% cheaper and 1000% better.

Something being worth the purchase is entirely up to how you'd use it. I love the AI, I love that I can call some family with Whatsapp and use the glasses as a camera, take quick pictures and send them to people, which is something I never thought I'd ever do.
