Ramblio

Pretty sure there's a fast-forward method on phones, but I don't use my phone for Ramblio much. On the computer, you can just press Left and Right arrow keys while playing something; and on a ramble, if you Tab to the Position slider, you can press digits to jump to percentages through the ramble, like 6 for 60% through.

At least on the beta version, you're able to seek forward and backward in the audio as well as changing the speed of playback. You can also flick to the next message and double tap to start playing the next message if you want. You can also use the text translation feature by flicking down to it and double tapping on a message to read it text translation of the audio, which I sometimes make use of if the person in the ramble is rambling, or if it is a really long message. For your own mental health, I'd recommend not using TikTok and avoiding any apps that engage in abusive dark patterns such as interfaces like it which promote doom scrolling for dopamine hits and engagement through click-bait and rage-bait.

I get what you're saying. You are saying that you want to play the next message in the list with a single gesture, rather than two gestures, one to highlight the next one and a double tap to play. The thing is that that would require the message area being accustomed control with custom gestures, which would probably wind up having a lot of bugs and being more difficult to maintain, as opposed to the standard widgets that the developers are using. They would basically have to instead of relying on voiceover built-in gestures, completely override voiceover and provide their own gestures, which would be antithetical to an app that uses standard widgets for the best accessibility.
