    I was able to download the game then I turned off Windows defender then I ran the executable which unpacked the game, but after that, I could not actually play the game. Can you help me with getting to the point to play the game?

    when you're on the installer, just keep pressing enter, it's in Japanese but if you keep pressing enter it will install
