Standing isn’t really helpful when playing big drums like this, but also if you have strong enough knees and stuff, you don’t need anything for support. You should be able to hold the drum in between your knees. Make sure it’s at an angle though even if it doesn’t touch the floor the sound travels better that way and it’s much easier on your legs.Bigger drums need more practice, but you should be able to easily do it with smaller drums. I was surprised I could still even remotely hold that thing with just my legs since I am in a wheelchair now. But yeah, happy drumming.
