I’ll definitely come back and do an audio post but I wanted to do this text comment for the moment while things are on my mind but I think this is very important and so happy you put it out there! I’m definitely the type that tries to help people in every way that I can. I know people that aren’t doing much but I’m always trying to make sure to leave them in the right direction Raven trying to ask them things that they like to do and maybe they can do more of And I always try to be there for them if they ever need anything as well as teach them like you’re talking about. I think it’s important if we’re going to tell people they should do this or recommend them to do this and that we need to help them get there or at least explain how to get there because I agree with their with not making them drink the water. Also, I think the main reason they don’t do this is because they forget what they went through and just assumed that they have it altogether and maybe they went through a lot so they expect why should I help the next person if I had to go through a lot they can go through a lot of type of thing.
