Well, as I’m sure you know and have heard, they’re sadly are few guarantees in life. So no, going back to school and getting an education certainly does not guarantee you a job. But, as we also all know, blind bias does exist. We can all fight that through words, or we can do everything we can possibly do to make ourselves less ignorable. In my opinion, you better those odds by getting as educated as you possibly can. Just my viewpoint.
