Yep, heard that. When I still had vision, I still had that problem. I would go fishing at night or go grocery shopping at night.
I can totally relate to that as well Carly.

Yes, I relate to this. I noticed it when I consume sugar more heavily, a day or two prior, when it affects me after. But going on walks and sitting in the sun does help me sleep better. Also taking magnesium with something that I do, and that seems to help also.

Sucks for me cause sometimes you don’t have nothing better to do than to try to get some sleep. I can’t find it. One time I was watching TV late at night and I saw this thing about non24 but I never looked into it. I don’t know if that’s an actual thing or if there’s any sort of medication for that you can take I don’t even know if I have that or not

Actually, it’s been discussed on here before and it is valid, but there is such a thing as 924. I’m not sure if it’s a medical thing by doctors my brother first mentioned it to me. I don’t know it might be valid. I feel like I’m a night owl or like I either have it. Either way it’s tricky when family wants to help out during the day because dad wants to help clean the house and it’s like you better be awake for that Meg.

Yeah, they had like a number on there when I saw the commercial on TV that you could call and they give you some information about it. I think just never did call it.

For research help: The common names for the non-24 sleep medication are Hetlioz (the brand name) and tasimelteon (the generic name).
