I think the app is being a bit glitchy. For instance, today, I’m having trouble like the app not loading the feeds, the app playing one ramble but then not playing the next one I try to play. Like it’s stuck or something for a little bit. Then it begins playing a ramble again after a lag. I think there’s maybe some issue that’s currently ongoing. And yes, the initial lag has generally been there since forever, like when you double tap on a ramble, it takes a few seconds for it to play. But today, it’s either not playing at all, or when you move to a different screen or a different feed, the feed does not load and it’s stuck on loading for a while. I assume that the issue that you’re encountering in terms of recording a ramble and posting it as also tied to the same glitch. Maybe there’s some issue being encountered on the server end.
