Honestly, I think we all probably feel the same way about it. The word pedophile is not accurate for the situation. The bigger issue is probably that there isn’t a technical classification for that type of behavior. Which is crazy, there really should be something. Whatever the term is for that, that’s what this guy is!  but, this also is not the court of law. This isn’t a legal matter so we don’t really have to use those guidelines. This is a small disabled community and people are identifying behavior that we deemed to be unacceptable. So yes, one of the terms that we used to describe him wasn’t technically accurate according to the law, but it’s not irrational or out of the question for anyone to use it. I get that some people here don’t like that word being used, but, we are trolling, and as we all discussed above, we do lack of better definition for what he actually is.  so if people choose to use that term while insulting him or trolling him, I’m not personally getting offended about it…

And the over 18 law is kind of a one size fits all kind of thing. So they're definitely needs to be something out there if there is not already to protect the vulnerable who aren't in the mindset to understand and appreciate those decisions.

Now in my opinion it should be illegal for an adult to go after adult women who might have the mental capacity of a child. I mean at the end of the day that's the reason that it is against the law for an adult to be involved intimately with someone who is under age, it all has to do with mental capabilities and the law feels that someone who is under 18 is not capable of making those decisions for themselves.

No I'm not sure what the technical term would be for one who prays on mentally incompetent girls who are of age but might have the mindset of someone who is under age. Perhaps there is a term that would describe one who would do that, but I'm not aware of what it would be. Perhaps that would be illegal for one to do that. But we really should find out what the laws would be pertaining to that before we just start spreading something about someone with no evidence to back that part of it up. I am all about spreading accurate information that's true and not in accurate information that has no claim.

I just don't feel that such a serious and damaging word should be used unless there's evidence to back it up. If a girl is 18 years in two days old, there are people who believe that a person would be a pedophile if they were trying to hit her up, but the law does not say that. And the word pedophile coincides with the law, not people's personal beliefs which different people share different beliefs. I know you're not a dumb guy, I can tell by your messages and you know better.

Gordon, I agree, the truth is enough. But, there is enough smoke there, and enough young girls coming forward about how he was trying to get with them to cause people to insinuate further. Are you saying that it’s completely irrational for anyone to ever make that claim?

See this is the big problem with insinuating. So I guess in your case you could say that any man who has a penis could be a possible rapist right? The truth will always set you free and you don't have to think about the truth. And the truth will always tell itself. You don't have to make up stuff to go along with it or anything like that. You don't have to stretch the truth or make up different parts of that to get your point across.

You would be a lot better off going with the facts. He has no talent, and he is creepy and definitely on the odd side. But he really isn't much different from a lot of guys. The thing that makes him different would be the mentally challenged girls that he goes after.

I agree, it has extremely heavy connotations. However, the types of detestable things he is engaging in are what is causing people to make those claims. So no, the claims aren’t technically accurate. But it’s not the most insane thing I’ve ever heard given the evidence we do have.

Good point, but we have no proof that Mike 420 has even had those kinds of thoughts or even attempted to act on those thoughts. But when you use the word pedophile to describe someone, you could keep people from wanting anything to do with that person simply based on what you said and your opinion from what you think you might've heard. For example, if I didn't like you and I know of a girl that you're talking to out here and I private message her and tell her that you raped someone two years ago and took all of her money, that's not true. But it would be a way to possibly make her lose interest in you. That kind of stuff is wrong. Mike 420 gives everybody plenty of reasons to not want anything to do with him, you don't have to make stuff up that you don't know if it's true or not and most likely is not.

Well, it’s not a crime to be a pedophile. It’s a crime to act on your desires, there are a lot of people who suffer from pedophilia, but do not act on their instincts. It’s like being stupid is not a crime, but doing something stupid can result in being a crime. It’s very important that we properly define what it is that we are saying.

Being dumb or stupid is not a crime, being a pedophile is. So to spread a rumor around that someone has engaged in serious criminal activity when you have no proof to back that up is not cool. Being dumb or stupid isn't assumption.

Back to the topic at hand though, we all agree, we do not have the factual evidence to Support calling him a pedophile.  but we are trolling and this is the Internet. How many people are called stupid or dumb on here that aren’t actually dumb? Ultimately that’s what you guys are getting sensitive about. That we are calling him something that he isn’t?  he’s closer to being a pedophile that some of you who are accused of being stupid are to actually being stupid.  so, though there might not be evidence, people can say whatever the fuck they want. Dude‘s a creep, and it gets under his skin, so I’m pretty sure people are still going to say it! But I get it, it’s a strong accusation. I’m definitely willing to admit there’s no evidence to support it. I never thought he actually was one, but it is what it is.  I guess what we are really saying is that anything that’s ever stated needs to be properly checked and meat the criteria of linguistic definitions before it can be spoken.

Well Matt was talking about living with his parents and then he got crap from people whatever he said he lived with his parents. And there's nothing wrong with him living with his parents if that's what he chooses to do and if that's what they want him to do.

All of the times that I've had my own apartments and houses, I have been completely independent. Austin Texas was truly the best place to live because you really could manage your life and not have to depend on anyone for anything. The buses would take you anywhere that you wanted or needed to go. The only time I would ever do my grocery shopping with a sided person who had a car was more for convenience so I wouldn't have to carry all that shit back to my apartment. But if I needed to I was more than capable of doing so.

Yes, that's the only point I'm trying to make. Troll him all you want, thumbs down every song he puts out here, tell everyone he's creepy and that he does tend to try to get with the girls with cognitive disabilities. Then people can make their own decisions if they want to have anything to do with him or not. And if any evidence comes to light that would prove him to be a pedophile, screaming as loud as you can.

There is nothing at all wrong with a person living with their parents unless they're feeding off of their parents and expecting their parents to support them and not making any contributions. Once you become an adult, it's contribution time. But I would figured that a good bit of the blind people out here are probably on some kind of section 8 or something because with a high cost of rent these days SSI doesn't give them that much. I'm talking about the blind people that have their own apartments and claim to be more independent than anyone else because they have their own apartment. Meanwhile those blind people that have their own apartment and claimed to be independent are still depending on people to help them with their shopping, take them places I need to go and so on.

Gordon, I’m far from Matt, trust me. But, I do agree, we do not have the evidence to support calling him a pedophile. Above all else, honesty is important. And I will absolutely be honest about that.

I think antagonist is just mad because he was proven wrong. He was so loud and wanted everybody to hear him call Mike for 20 a pedophile. But when forced to review the evidence he can't find anything either. But you never know, karma could come back and get you for engaging in that kind of behavior.

And I definitely think that Mike 420 is creepy and he has no talent, but there still hasn't been any evidence to call him a pedophile. That would be like spreading a rumor about someone and telling everyone that they murdered someone because they might've killed a cockroach at some point in their life. Get the words right, and use your words carefully. There are plenty of things that you can call Mike 420 besides a pedophile unless of course evidence comes to light that would prove any of that. There's many other words you have to choose from.

A pedophile is somebody who prays on underage girls. If you want laws put on the books to define a person who prays on 18-year-olds with cognitive disabilities, then go to lobby for that in Congress. Blind people, I swear.

I think some people out here got carried away with calling Mike for 20 a pedophile because they wanted to do the ultimate that would get people's attention and keep people from having anything to do with him whatsoever. They didn't want to work very hard on keeping people from avoiding him, so they just use the pedophile word because it's quicker. It's a quick word that you can use and people take notice instantly when they hear that word.

Yeah, we had that discussion on some of the threads where we were trolling him. We’ve been having that discussion from the beginning. But, though he was missed classified in some instances based on the evidence, he’s absolutely guilty of being a predator. And he is praying on girls with cognitive disabilities, which makes him equally detestable in my eyes. So, he’s getting exactly what he deserves. He should be trolled, he should be named, he should be shamed. None of that changes, I wouldn’t even be surprised if some of his victims were under 18. We just don’t have the audio to prove it.

No, you still don't get it. There's nothing wrong with trolling someone if that's what you wanna do based on his music or his creepy behavior. But to label someone is a pedophile when there's no supporting evidence to do so is absolutely wrong. What if somebody did that to you, would you appreciate that? What if you bought one of your nieces or nephews a birthday present and someone in the family said that you probably did that because you're a pedophile when you have interest in children. That would absolutely be inaccurate and wrong to say about anyone with no evidence to back that up. The word pedophile is a very serious word that applies to a person that we all want to avoid and that we need to keep an eye out for. But the word also should never be used against a person unless there's a good reason to use it which would be some kind of evidence or something like that.

I'm the one who did the very unpopular thing within the blind community. I came out and stated that there was no evidence within that audio that would validate Mike 420 as a pedophile. Then of course other people got on that bandwagon as well when they realized that the evidence simply wasn't there. But people were so caught up and keeping the blind vine moving that they never even stopped to pay attention for two seconds as to what they were actually really doing.

Well, I actually started trolling him from the beginning before we knew anything about his predatory behavior. Once that came out, I just incorporated into the trolling that I was already doing. Don’t misunderstand me, I’m not expressing remorse for trolling that bitch! I just think some of you sensitive fucks are harping on the fact that he’s not actually a pedophile and are feeling bad for him that he was being mislabeled and are completely overlooking all the wrong shit that he’s doing.

I was thinking there for a while that Mike 420 really was a pedophile and when I finally decided to listen to the audio people kept putting out here I was expecting to hear some highly illegal stuff, but it just didn't exist. But with half of the app calling him a pedophile, it started to become a little believable. Until of course I heard the so-called proof that was supposed to prove everything which it did not.

Something that seems to be very popular within the blind community and you see it a lot out here, people will come out here a small portion of a story and get so involved wanting to join in with everybody else that they will add their own stuff to it and then by the time they actually hear what proof is supposed to be out there they look like dumbasses.

I like Alex because he's really fast, even a little faster than eloquence as far as responding to the screen. And Alex is much easier on the battery, even a little easier than Samantha. The hardest voices for the battery would be the Siri voices. If you use the Siri voices enough, your phone will even warm up.

I run Alex at 60%, Samantha at 70% and eloquent I believe it's 75%. Alex is a little difficult to understand in my opinion at anything above 60% because of the way he pronounces some words and put words together.
