  Go under your software update settings and then you will see beta updates go in there and set that to off

  I think she's just trying to go from beta iOS 27 to released iOS 27. I think KTW is saying it worked but Fatima says it still says she's using a beta. I wonder if maybe the OS is correct but the name just doesn't update? I don't know for myself because I've never run a beta iOS version.
