I don’t like the idea of the bubbles at all. I believe it makes it too easy for people to form clicks. And that’s been a problem on some of these social apps anyway to click it. Take Vorail, for instance. And personally if I find too many bubbles on here, I guess if I find that it really is taking away from the public discourse and I’m not gonna stay with the app cause I came on Ramblio because I really like the public discourse all people get to hear what everyone has to say and all people get to come and if they choose to, but creating these restrictions in these bubbles, I don’t think it does anything to promote the app in a favorable way

The original idea behind Bubbles was for topic-based discussion that people don't want to talk about on the main feed. E.G; do you have a radio station where you want to post daily updates? Do you want to talk about a particular game and post lots of updates about it but feel like your flooding the main feed? Have an artist you want to post hourly about? Bubbles are for you. Now if you have an idea to incorporate this on a better level, I'm happy to hear your ideas. My current ideas include bubble aggregation to have 1 feed to follow all of your bubbles, appending Rambles from bubbles to your following feed, ETC.

@Josh S That view makes a lot of sense to me, and actually occurred to me for my project updates, though for that particular case, I decided against bubbles early on because people can't know what they might want to hear if I keep adding projects. :-) But I do think the clique issue will immediately occur, just because of where society as a whole is right now. Time will tell; and as I said at the end of my thread starter, I think a fair number of people will make room/time for both bubbles and top-level posts to one extent or another. Clearly a lot of people like the new feature though, and even before a full non-beta release.
