    Side note: Web and iOS beta users can get a transcript of posts but not comments; so a single long recording would be more convenient for some than a short post and a long comment. :-) I'm not awake enough yet to address your actual question though, and I am also Christian not Pagan. I have read much about the Epic though and consider both the Epic and several parts of the Old Testament Bible to be instructional stories more than precise history. For what it's worth, I believe many scholars agree.

    P.s., I'm a bit embarrassed: When I first read the title of this ramble, I read, "all who are taken," not, "all who are Pagan." I came here expecting a relationship discussion but forgot about that while listening. That's how I ended up commenting on a post that might have meant to tell me not to. :-)

    To say Christians judge is accurate, for specific Christians. It is not accurate for the faith we are trying to follow, which is to say, it is the fault of people not of the faith itself. This problem plagues all faiths I say. To wit, Islam itself does not seem to promote violence; yet some Muslims absolutely do. I'm glad all the ones I know personally do not.
