Are you looking for courses that you can take for free, or are you OK with paying a monthly/yearly subscription? I've had a couple I've done over the past two years, but they have subscriptions to them. I use both jaws and voiceover. One of the courses I did was through the Ramsey solutions website. Another was through Deepak Chopra. Yeah I know, two names that don't really go together. If you are into dealing with personal finance content, Penny forward also has online courses about different topics. Most of these are beginner friendly, and they are geared towards people who use screen readers, but they also have a monthly or yearly subscription. If you are into learning about braille, there are podcasts and classes available for that too.
