I think there's a difference between a job and a career. And I would tell young people today if they are looking for successful employment, learn to be creative. Learn to market your skills, and train yourself to be interested in something. Become proficient and you will find people that want to pay you for that work. Unskilled labor is going to be taken over by AI and robotics very shortly, and labor markets will not be what you recognize them as today.
