Hi, yes, it’s partly true, shazam needs a second device to recognise the song, but iphones have music recognition build in. If you don’t have apple music, you can open the shazam app and click on shazamed songs, then, in the corner of your screen, you will find settings, there you can add your spotify account so you can see a playlist with the shazamed songs in your spotify and can easily open it in spotify when you shazamed a song. If you want to open an other app, when you shazamed your song, click on the more options button[3 dots] in yor right upper corner of your screen and there you see a bunch of options you can select.

My problem is that this audio is on my phone, and I have only one device... I thought that apps like  Shazam needed a second device to record the audio?
