  Make sure you're hitting the Save Profile Changes button near the top right if you're not already. That's super weird!

  I have, and had, no problem editing mine in the latest TestFlight build. Strange indeed!

  Hi there, Sam and I had the same issue, but we were able to fix that on our end. In the full name field just put your name as normal, in the user name field, try to put a short user name without any spaces but don't make it too long. And, in the pronouns field, put whatever your comfortable using, and finally, leave the website URL field blank, as saving that results in an error, at least in our testing, using android.
