I've used ReaLemon juice sometimes, though I was also advised to be careful with its effect on teeth and to rinse my mouth right after the lemon juice. My stones were also calcium oxalate.

Me too. How's Brandon doing? I'm glad I'm doing better too. They were 50% calcium, and it's not known how much oxalate. My mom is going to look for a squirt bottle in which to squeeze the lemon so that way I can put it in my water and actually get the citrate. I do have lemon juice, but it's the kind you get in the store.

Glad he's doing better. Hopefully they can get his kidneys working again. I'm glad I don't have to give up my regiment of a soda once today. It's a zero sugar stuff, so it's better for you, but I can only do one a day. Pair that with a lemon water, and I'm all good to go.
