It’s not a voice changer. There was just a little delay and reverb used to mimic a PSA. Nothing was used to shift the pitch of the original.

That’s pretty cool. I know you didn’t use a voice changer, but I’m just saying that for me, I have used a voice changer on Windows card Clownfish voice changer. It’s pretty fun. I meant cold, not card. CALLED.
