Thank you so much for your input! My braille reading speed is horrible haha, but probably better than my attempt to repeat what a screen reader says.

But I’d still recommend doing it with your Braille Display. Try to practise as much as your time will allow. You’ll get there. 👌

Hey, first things first congratulations! Pursuing a masters is a freaking big deal and you're pushing through it so yay! Secondly, regarding giving long presentations, I'm also in a masters program by the way, I recommend if your teacher is amenable to maybe put together a voiceover Presentation beforehand that way you have time to polish and tighten up any ums or or awkward pauses , and you can find nice musical pieces to accompany your voice as you talk through your presentation. Another trick that I found to make these kind of presentations go by faster is if I make it interactive. Ask people questions around your bullet points. For example, how many people have Experienced a moment where music really saved their lives? Or something like that, and then you know it gives the class time to share their stories and that can eat up into your time. I know not all presentations allow for that but it's worth checking out if you can. Also, leaving 10 minutes for questions also can turn a 30 minute presentation into a 20 minute one. Another trick is to just find a friend and to just practice talking through it. Good luck🍀

hi Catherine, it’s really nice to meet you. I do not have very much experience with presentations. I usually do them in groups since the presentations I have don’t have good group projects I have sent you a private message.
