Hi, yes it does that sometime when I had my old device but you have to like go into the Bluetooth settings and then disconnect it and then I recommend you to turn off the Bluetooth settings and then put it back on and then try connecting them again but make sure that you’re on the latest software as well. Hope that helps.
Disconnected completely where it says remove device and then you have to like. Start it up all again pair the headphones you have to do the whole process over like a brand new one. Just saying
