I never had Amazon took out money from my account, but what I don’t like about Amazon when I’m using my Echo Dot to look for stuff sometime, it would just add stuff to my cart without my permission. That’s the thing I don’t like.

$5.31 sounds close to the cost of Amazon Music Unlimited for a single device, if I remember right. Just mentioning that in case you subscribe to that but didn't recognize the charge.

I think that happens with other platforms. YouTube will sometimes tell me that I can get another premium subscription trial, but when I go to try it out, I get charged. I can't stand Amazon, but I also get that it can be the only place to buy certain things online, so when I need to get stuff off there, I use things like innosearch.ai which is less cluttered.

Is that accessible now? I tried it out years ago when it first started, and I could not get it to work.

Wow that sucks! I hope you can get this straightened out. I've had it to where at times, I would get random e-mails from them but I ignore.

I took it up with my bank. They’re changing my entire card, Amazon obviously ain’t gonna take responsibility.
