so important, self care is. Even just toxic remarks like why don't you ever do anything with your life and actually helpout around here instead of being lazy, can cut deep and if unchecked or made unclear, can be forms of abuse, at least that's my view. I say that carefully cause there is a place for corrective conversations but harsh empty criticism doesn't always fly. I've given and received it I am sure. But having said all that, I would love to see the idea of someone showering to psycho music lol. But seriously, I know revenge is tempting. Whatever you are going through, lean on us if you can. Don't act out in anger. Let us be here.
